This year marked the second time that our company held a corporate retreat. The one we held two years ago, even though not as well planned as I would have liked, turned out to be a great success for everyone involved. We went into the planning stage of this year's corporate retreat hoping to learn from our previous experience and make this year's retreat an even greater success.

In planning for our most recent corporate retreat we consciously set time aside ahead of time to make this retreat that much better than the last one. There are several factors that we paid attention to. Above all was the question of location. Soon after this initial meeting one of our managers came across your Big Cabins website. Upon arriving at the site of our Smoky Mountain cabin rental we were only that much more impressed with the corporate retreat facilities.

Not only was there plenty of room to host the 25 members of our staff taking part in this year's corporate retreat, but the interior furnishings and facilities perfectly supported our retreat plans. Those plans included a multi-media presentation, a group hike, and a fully-catered meet and greet for owners and middle-management.

Your customer service staff was instrumental in setting up the projector we needed and in helping to set up the catering needed to feed our 25 corporate retreat participants. All in all, this corporate retreat getaway was even more successful than we were hoping for.
